Mortgage Loans

Even though it’s easier than ever to get an online mortgage, Amarillo National Bank is still the largest mortgage lender in the Texas Panhandle. And there’s a reason we still close more home loans in the Panhandle than anyone else: Because online lenders can’t match our speed and service.

  • We close fast: The national average for closing a mortgage loan is 42 days. In most cases, ANB closes eligible loans in two weeks or less.
  • We’re local: Our loan officers will answer your questions anytime the bank is open. You can ask for them by name. They’ll know you and your neighborhood. They’ll know how to pronounce streets like Soncy and Osage and Ong.
  • We help first-time buyers: Home ownership is part of financial independence and a big part of our community health. Our first-time buyer programs help you reach this milestone.
  • We get awards: Guess who has been voted Amarillo’s Best Mortgage Company every year since 2005? (Hint: It’s us.)
    Best Of Amarillo
  • We’re family-owned: Our decision-making isn’t driven by Wall Street or investors. Instead, it’s driven by honesty, customer service, and helping keep our community strong.
