Amarillo National Bank is excited to announce we will be making upgrades to our credit card program in order to provide you with a more integrated and user friendly credit card experience!

Of course, as with any upgrade, this will involve a transitional period, the details of which we would like to share:

  • We will be mailing new cards February 5th, 2018 to all cardholders. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
  • If you have not received your new card by February 12th, please call (806) 378-8100 so that we can get one reordered for you!
  • You may activate your new card(s) beginning Feb. 19th, 2018 at 5:45 am CST by calling 1-855-207-7134 from your primary phone number and using the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. At this time, you may also select a new PIN for ATM use
  • Your current card will become permanently deactivated as of Feb. 19th, 2018 at 5:45 am CST
  • If you open a new account or order a replacement card between January 1 and February 16th, you will receive a temporary card initially, then your permanent card will arrive the week of February 19th. **Please note** there will be a short service interruption between the cancellation of the temporary cards on February 19th at 5:45 am CST and the receipt of the permanent cards between 2-5 days later. ***This ONLY applies to new cards issued AFTER January 1, 2018***
  • There will be no option for established account re-evaluation, credit line increases, or interest rate decreases until February 20th, 2018
As always, we know you have many choices for your banking and credit needs and we are thrilled you have chosen Amarillo National Bank!
